Account Credentials: When you connect social media accounts, we store OAuth tokens and API credentials necessary to publish content on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest.

Content Data: Scripts, video files, thumbnails, and metadata generated by the platform. This data is stored on our servers to operate the Service.

Usage Data: We log API requests, content generation events, and publishing activity for operational purposes and troubleshooting.

Analytics Data: Performance metrics (views, engagement, revenue estimates) retrieved from connected platforms via their APIs.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure. OAuth tokens and API credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Database access is restricted to the application layer. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party APIs:

• YouTube Data API — For video uploads and analytics
• TikTok Content Posting API — For short-form video publishing
• Instagram Graph API — For Reels publishing
• SEC EDGAR — For public financial data
• Pexels / Pixabay — For royalty-free stock footage

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data they receive. We only share the minimum data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., uploading videos to your connected accounts).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., publishing content to platforms you have connected). We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

Generated content and associated data are retained for the lifetime of your account unless you request deletion. OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect the associated platform or delete your account.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You may disconnect any social media account at any time, which will revoke the associated access tokens.

8. Cookies

The Service may use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
